We have stayed here a few times. It is a lovely modern Hilton with friendly staff, nice rooms and relaxing bar area. The biggest let down is the restaurant. The service is slow and the quality of food is below what you would expect.

Fantastic stay. Room was cold but easily solved by turning off the air conditioning. Breakfast was excellent both in terms of choice and quality and all attractively laid out. The hotel is a bit further from the station than we'd anticipated but we'd definitely stay again as the quality and facilities were so good.

I’ve stayed here several times and it never disappoints. Staff are friendly and professional. The rooms are clean, roomy and clean. The gym is good and the bars in the lobby and upstairs are great. Breakfast is excellent. Location is great for the shops and train station, a 5 minute walk. Highly recommend.

This is the only hotel that we have stayed in so far that has comfy carpets. We loved the walk in shower and regret not having used it, we stayed for one night and didn't really need it. Lots of different lighting options which was good. And a proper chocolate cookie to welcome us to our very first stay at the Hilton in Hull.

Exceptional Hotel

When you start your stay with a free complimentary cookie, you know it's going to be a good time! Fantastic service by fantastic staff, who were super helpful the whole stay! The room given was lovely, clean and spacious. Slept very well - bed very comfy. Breakfast was really nice, with plenty of options to choose from. Would highly recommend staying here.
