"This place was my favorite stay in our whole trip to Costa Rica. The casita was very clean. It had everything we needed. Lina is very quick to respond to any messages which was nice because we weren’t exactly sure where to go and we got to town a little early. Her property is beautifully landscaped with trees and a private walkway straight to the beach. The beach is literally only steps away from the house. "We loved this house. It has a gorgeous view. We had access to a washer. There is a clothes line outside to dry the clothes. The clothes dried quickly as long as it didn’t rain. The air conditioning worked great upstairs. Like most Costa Rica rentals the air conditioning is just in the bedroom. Playa Conchal is our favorite beach. Not enough room to sleep 3 people comfortably, but perfect for a couple."

During a pandemic I thought cleanliness should be a given, but the interior of the property was dirty and did not appear to have been cleaned at all, despite the 'cleaning fee' that I paid. We had to clean the interior ourselves- kitchen, fridge, lightswitches, toilets, doors because they had dark handprints and fingerprints all over them. We were also terribly displeased with the neighborhood, which seemed like a slum since there were multiple...
