The W hotel did not disappoint phenomenon, property with privacy and all the things to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Excellent food, great service the rooms and the views are phenomenal. Family pool with the beach was a huge hit with our kids.

The W was absolutely just pure relaxation in the perfect environment. Costa Rica is not a one and done trip you have to go multiple times to experience all it has to offer. But this is the perfect location on Playa Conchal. Staff was veryy kind , food was good, loved our room the view was amazing and the shower indoor/outdoor I loved.

Amazing property! Suites were beautiful, staff friendly, incredible food and dining with great activities from the beach! Highly recommend! Only one comment is that I wish the pool off of lobby was open to teens and not a topless optional pool to give more options instead of the family pool that got a bit crowded.

Excellent staff. The room was a bit worn out, especially for a 5-star hotel. The internet that operates WiFi, TV and phone was out for about 24 hours, not a good experience and the hotel didn’t make any accommodations. For about $1000 a night, we expected a better experience than that. Again, most of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

We had the most amazing stay at the W. The staff was absolutely wonderful. I will say that the room was a little “lived in”. The leather was very worn on the sofa and there were stains on the throws. However, the property is beautiful, the staff was more than helpful, kind and accommodating and the food was fantastic. We would absolutely visit again!

This property is excellent ! The beach is amazing and the beach staff is exceptional ! There is excellent snorkeling a short 5 minute walk down the beach! Bring your own Sunscreen!!!!!! I seen 1 can of regular sunscreen for $50 ! Bring your own you will need it.

We liked the Adult only pool. The resort is pretty isolated from normal tourist areas so quiet an relaxing. Food was good. Maid service was excellent. Very attentive staff.
