Ridiculously overpriced, atrocious food (got violently ill the very first day and was nauseous the rest of the stay), the room had rundown/ripped furniture, and the staff seemed like they couldn’t care less about assisting. It was literally the weirdest, most regrettable, investment of over $6k for 4 days at a “resort” that I’ve ever experienced. Shame on the W/Bonvoy.

Definitely one of Costa Rica’s top luxury resorts. The only thing missing was more days. Fantastic beach, pool (Wet Deck) , restaurants and Spa. We’ll be back!

Absolutely amazing resort

Amazing hotel. Best resort I've stayed in anywhere. The rooms were amazing, the whole vibe of the place being indoor/outdoor was gorgeous, the staff were so kind and generous with their time, the beach was beautiful. We just had such an amazing stay. Would highly recommend. The hotel was really flawless.

This is a very comfortable hotel with spacious rooms and very kids friendly. The staff was very nice and always happy to help which makes things easier when travelling with children. The whole breakfast team was amazing, the guys transporting us around the resort were so helpful, and the people at the check in desk were always happy to answer our questions. We had a lovely time and our children loved it. Thank you!

this property is clean !!!! the food is amazing, and the staffs are so helpful. i had my food made each time without salt and no sugar in my drinks and every time it was made with no hesitation. i love this resort and would definitely revisit.

Great hotel overall. The location is spectacular and the proximity to the beach is a big plus. Having an adult pool is priceless and from the front desk to the servers at the restaurants, bars and by the pool are fenomenal. Great attention to detail all around.

The W is a beautiful well maintained property. Our well appointed room had an unobstructed view of the ocean. The staff was wonderful and helpful. But, the ability to access the Reserve at Playa Conchal is maybe its best attribute. It's such an amaizing beach with just a few fellow guests there to enjoy it. We are already planning our return trip.

It was OK. I thought it was all-inclusive but it was not. There was only an option to include the breakfast. No more. It was a little boring, honestly. The Westing, its brother hotel has more options and amenities and we found cheaper fares on it.

I don’t know what was better the food at every restaurant, EVERY time or their extremely friendly staff! The staff was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable from start to finish. Only issue is one of the bartenders at the living room seemed to take advantage of my tipsy side. Because when we checked out, I noticed he charged us for premium cocktails, though we asked for the all inclusive alcohol and cocktails. That’s not fair and a total scam!

Didn’t like the fact that when you book on Expedia they list it as all-inclusive. When you hear all inclusive you think free ….. but When you get there they pull the all switch. The lady at the front desk said it’s all-inclusive but it’s not. It will be 200$ per night if you want it. Scam to lure guest to the hotel. Hotel is far, not many places to eat the hotel. Food isn’t good, threw up & drinks are ok. They moved my room 3 times. After 12pm at night everything is dead at the hotel. If you want nightlife you would have to leave the hotel. Nothing to do at the nightlife at the hotel.
