Perfect atay

Everything was just amazing. Very friendly and helpful stuff, delicious breakfast with plenty of choices, free parking , clean room and plenty of space and lets not forget about the stunning views

Stayed in 3 bedroom apartment. Heat was not functioning. Hotel offered space heaters. Bathrooms were in terrible conditions. Cracked tiles, shower did not have curtains or enclosure so water was everywhere. Some hotel staff did not speak Romanian or English. Hard to communicate.

Chambre bien spacieuse avec 2 vrai chambres malheureusement les équipements sont de basse qualités. Manque beaucoup de charme. Pas de vaisselle dans les placards apparemment nous avons pas eu de chance pour le spa car le sauna et hamam etait froid douche en panne....par contre acceuil.tres sympathique ils nous ont meme offert une bouteille et des fruits. Trop loin du centre-ville

Not at the level you would expect from a "resort and spa" First just a heads up you will likey have to transport your bags to another building up several stairs. Do not expect anyone to help. Then if you have an issue you will need to walk back to the main building because they do not have phones in the rooms so forget room service unless you happen to have a cell which we were not from romania so we were stuck. Then basically everything is spa spa spa but the rooftop spa which seems to be there shtick was broken and not putting out hot water (like it was on our first night) and they simply said it was the outside temp which it was warmer outside than the first night. So yea I would skip this place and go further up the mountain.

Som det meste i Romania, er alt halvveis. De prøver men får det ikke helt til. I utgangspunktet et flott leilighetskompleks, men renovering og vedlikehold har vel stått stille siden 90 tallet. Flisene på på bada holdt på å falle av og da snakker vi hele vegger. Stor terrasse uten utemøbler blir da null verdt. Langt unna nærmeste tettsted. Nesten ingen snakker engelsk. Fint spaområde med utendørs basseng, innendørs basseng med jacuzzi, badstue og steambadstue. Bra frokost
