They sold the apartment 6 years ago and the apartment is not theirs anymore so they are not sure why their number is still there. That was the only number that we had to contact them, so we called the expedia help center. They also could not contact the owner, and they gave us a refund. "The flat was spacious, spotlessly clean and with all necessary facilities. Comfortable bed with extra pillows and linen. We got all the necessary information from the owner via WhatsApp. Communication was efficient and trouble-free. Easy check-in with Smart Box. Approx.15-20 min by foot from the Old Town. Resturants, coffee shop and supermarkets nearby. Would recommend."

While the outside appearance is a bit modest, it is typical of the surrounding area - an older city block but with immediate access to many great tourist activities.
