"Apartment very well appointed, very comfortable . Communication with the host was excellent , we had a slight problem and couldn’t get the tv to work which she soon sorted out. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it ."

"Lovely apartment with a very comfy bed . Area is beautiful and with the mill being next to the Monsal trail the position was perfect for us. Good games room available for anyone not tired enough after walking and the apartment had smart to if you just want to chill. Only a couple of things that stopped this being a 5 star rating for us. Firstly the two sofas are very uncomfortable so not good for relaxing on and secondly the windows could not be opened due to a fault which the owner knew about....

"WISH WE HADN’T!!! . No lights at all working on communal stairs so pitch black up to top floor apartment apartment. Stuff from other flats left on stairs so added to trip hazard. Kitchen poorly equipped , we had to go and buy something to cook in , no bread board , peeler etc. oven was disgusting, oily and old burnt food left in it . communication on location and flat number very poor so we ended up knocking on other people’s doors until we got a call from Vrbo finally . Smoke alarm in front...

Alternatively, they offer a refundable deposit... plus a non-refundable admin fee. Hotels.com explicitly tell you not to pay any additional money via online forms as it is a very common scam. The property does not allow you to stay unless you pay via their online form. This leaves you either at risk of being a scam victim by paying the additional secret fee, or without a place...

"Really poor communication - had to chase for confirmation which was still not received until the day of check in. Building is dirty and the vent from the bathroom ducts from the waste disposal area so the entire room had a terrible smell."

"Location was good, cleanliness of the place overall was poor, I had to clean the toilet before using it, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned, the bath towel was still damp so we couldn’t have a shower when we arrived. When we stripped the bed there was a child’s pyjama top in the pillowcase, no mattress protector, the studio needs finishing off, lack of attention to detail, balcony was an added bonus"

"Excellent property, modern, clean. Feels safe, easy comms, easy to get keys. Really warm, good kitchen, only minor point is shower lacks power in onsuite but didn’t try the other bathroom! Lots of cooking utensils, and clean baking trays which is a must. Returning. "
