"All good except breakfast. Food lukewarm and large party of golfers made so much noise we had to leave. Cannot blame hotel for this, but staff did nothing to ask them to modify their behaviour. Room good, wifi good, no other issues and good value."

"Ive stayed in many hotels around the world and this is amongst the most horrific if not the most horrific hotel Ive ever stayed in. The room I stayed in was beyond basic, grubby, poorly maintained with possibly the worst outlook Ive had (industrial pipes). The walls are paper thin and you can hear quiet conversations in the hotel through the doors. The insulation in non-existent. Its also a hotel used by lots of people going drinking or clubbing late and people come in at all hours (fair enough) but because of the terrible insulation, its impossible not to get woken. The parking is hard to find and is also charged at full city centre rate and the hotel has no concessions."

"The staff at the hotel made my stay - from the gentleman at reception who checked me in and changed my room immediately on my request due to the noise outside - to the lovely Millie at the bar who helped me on numerous occasions with food orders and was always so pleasant, to the blonde girl at the bar who helped me watch the Bournemouth 🍒v Fulham game (hope she enjoys Uni and her new live living in Bournemouth) and finally Catherine who organised a takeaway away box of food for my journey home, due to me leaving before the lunch buffet was due to be put out - as I had to leave early to catch a flight. The hotel should be grateful to have such great staff that provide such excellent customer service,"

"We were very impressed from the outset. Speedy check in, huge room with 6ft bed, big bathroom with bath and separate shower and nice towels. The pool and spa are a good size with very friendly, helpful staff. We slept well. There was a wide selection of food at the breakfast buffet but the most outstanding thing was the temperature of the food. I have never had such piping hot food at a breakfast buffet anywhere in the world! It was tasty, frequently replenished and supervised by staff. We even got fresh, hot croissants. Lovely. We would return as it was excellent value for money and a very comfortable, enjoyable stay. "

"Spa was excellent I had a room in The Paddocks and (as a single female) felt quite vulnerable on the 5 minute walk to and from the main building behind quite a tall hedge. Also my room wasn’t made up prior to the second night. The Poolside was lovely, staff were great and food/bar area all as expected. Will visit again (but ensure I’d be staying in the main building). "

"Hotel itself was ok, the security guy pal was awful rude and very intimidating Would put me off staying at the hotel again We complained about this to hotel manager she did eventually sort out issue but pal the security guy still would not apologise for his actions"
