I had a great stay and would definitely recommend. The staff were lovely and helpful. I was there for a friends wedding and although 4pm is the check-in they were so helpful in getting the room ready earlier so I was able to get in earlier and get changed. The breakfast included was also lovely. Everything in my room was clean.

We had a very long wait in the restaurant. Didn't seem enough staff to cope with the number of diners. And the jacuzzi still isn't working - it must be 18 months at least. Also the hot tub wasn't working either so a bit disappointing.

Great location for access to Silverstone. Ample free parking and excellent facilities. Friendly staff who were efficient in their work. The late check-in time at 16:00 is disappointing especially after travelling for several hours and having to wait until this time to come around before getting access to my room. Otherwise, a great stay!

Breakfast, swimming pool and spa were excellent. One issue was how hot it was overnight. It was one of the hottest days of the year and the room fan was not able to cope. It would have helped to open the window but that was restricted. Overall it is great hotel but I will think twice about going in August.

Everything was great and any problems were sorted very promptly. The spa had fewer facilities from before like the extra jaquizi shoots and full shoot fountain in water which now I believe u need to pay extra, apart from that great pool sauna and steam

The hotel is still not at the standard it deserves and given the building, could be so much better. The food has improved considerably in the two yrs since i was last there, but the rooms are still tired, the paddock rooms can be like hostel rooms yet are charged at a rate far in excess of what they deserve. The staff are generally helpful but the standards are not quite there. I stood waiting for what felt like an age while I watched the barman clean the snack jars, something that could have been done when no-one was waiting. He even looked at me three times said nothing and carried on adjusting jars. Its only a small point but indicative of the standards not being quite right. Restaurant staff however are much more attentive. Overall the hotel charges and positions itself as 4 star but it really isn't. 3.5 at best.
