"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Old Mill. Good location as we were planning to catch the ferry from Lymington. Nice gardens. Very helpful staff especially Yan who was knowledgeable about the wines. Very comfortable bed and evening meals were delicious. Definitely would recommend for a relaxing stay"

"The biggest issue was how freakishly hot the hotel and our room was. It was a mild April day yet our room, even with the windows open stayed very very hot. No air con either. Super uncomfortable + stuffy and did not sleep well as a result. Strange given dog centric hotel. Except for that it’s an ideal hotel if wanting a break away with your 4 legged friend. The secure enclosure at the back was super handy. Much thought goes into making the stay comfortable for your pet. "

"Fantastic stay at the property. Lots of space and communal areas for hanging around, including a lovely neat garden with plenty of seating.Games room was a real hit with the kids and kept them entertained when we had down time.Everything very clean and well maintained. All as described on the listing. Hosts were brilliant with communication, check-in etc. They even left us some chocolate eggs!Local village is excellent with some great places to eat (The Lighthouse, in paticular) and shops for groceries/gifts etc. House is a very short walk from the beach. It was windy when we were there but we stil enjoyed it and our walk down to Hurst Castle.Thoroughly recomended and we would definitely stay again."

"Just returned from a lovely relaxing stay at Little Ridge.Everything was as positive as we had read before our stay.Plenty of choice of restaurants within walking distance and oc course so near to the beach."

"Very pleasantly surprised by the well presented hotel, designed to be in keeping with it's original features intact, along with more quirky elements in the decor. The lounge was very comfortable and spacious, and felt like we had stepped back in time to the nineteen twenties. The food was excellent, both as the main meal and the included breakfast, which was a broad menu. The room was very clean, the shower excellent, with pleasant little touches around the choice of teas. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and quietly efficient. The surroundings were lovely, with lengthy walks available in both directions along the coast. For the price we had a short but very comfortable stay. Would recommend and we will definitely be back."

"Great base for a holiday in Hampshire, the lodge has everything you need, has a beautiful location on the holiday site and is very clean and nicely presented. Christchurch, Lymington, Avon Beach Bournemouth were all just a short drive away. Park passes to the gym and swimming pool were a nice touch. A heads up though when you read the Lodge information when they say the fan heater is a bluetooth speaker they do actually mean the fan heater in the lounge and not the portable fan in the bedroom, which I spent a good few mins trying to play my music through. D'oh!!! Luckily we had the weather on our side and so enjoyed a lovely pre-Easter break."

"Lovely to have a welcome pack waiting . Comfortable house in quiet area. Would recommend. One thing which I'd recommend is some outside lighting in front of the house and by the steps as very dark when parking at night."

"Good prompt communication with the owner who gaves us helpful tips and information about the propert, holiday park facilities and nearby amenities.However, what could be improved is the cleanliness of the holiday home. On arrival there was a noticable odour throughout the accomodation, and there was a vape kit on the bedroom shelf, plus the lower oven wasn't dirty as well."
