"The staff were helpful. We chose the area due to the bus stop being close by. There was a lot of construction going on and we could not use the bus stop. We were able to catch the bus, but it was a lot further walk.
The bar was very nice. The room was wonderful.
The only negative I would say is that it is a distance from the airport/central london. We had a very difficult time getting uber/lyft/bolt drivers. They would cancel on us after we booked."
"Great location, easy (and free) parking, spacious room, helpful friendly staff. Breakfast was a tad underwhelming (omlette burnt) but first world problem. Would definitely stay again."
"This is a lovely unique property being a very old pub. Our room was small but adequate with a large bathroom and, thankfully, air conditioning for the very hot weather. The dining room is lovely and the food was excellent. Breakfast in particular was great, with a great choice on the menu, cooked to order and piping hot. There is also a lovely outdoor beer garden. The staff were all helpful and friendly and I would not hesitate to stay here again."
