"Love the Business Inn! They’ve got the best in-room amenities and gadgets that other hotels just don’t offer. Need a fan? Check the closet. Want to cook something in your room? Full kitchen set up. Need to plug your electronics in? They’ve got all the adapters and more. What really sets them apart from other hotels is that they have the space needed for longer stays, and are on the best part of Elgin. You really can’t go wrong by sticking with the Business inn. "Fresh breakfast buffet. Spacious, clean room.always a great stay at the Homewood, downtown Ottawa. Only downside would be if we had two beds/bedroom option rather than using the couch but none were available to book."

"Even during the last days of construction, the hotel was comfortable, like a classic hotel should be. Staff was personable and very attentive. My family was in Ottawa for a memorial, and we were all booked onto the same floor, and each room had a personal note of condolence, chocolates and fresh flowers. We were all very moved and very impressed by this thoughtfulness. Bartenders, waiters, bellhops and front desk staff really paid us attention, and made us feel very welcome. The remodeling is turning out very nice, too!"

"Cleanliness of the room could be improved, but overall a nice place to stay. Dust on various surfaces and urine droplets on the base of the toilet. Breakfast was delicious. Lots of options to choose from. Dining area was clean and staff was friendly. I would stay here again. "
