"The Business Inn gave me a wonderful stay. It was nice to come back to a comfortable room at the end of the long days exploring Ottawa. Every Day the bed would be made and the breakfast was warm. The breakfast did get a bit repetitive over the course of the week, with the same items. I wasn't a fan of the breakfast sandwiches, which didn't seem to have much taste, but the egg bites were amazing. I got an upgrade for my room, and I while it was nice, it was a bit too big for just me. It had a desk, couch, and even a printer. But the dresser was a bit dated, so the drawers were tough to open and close. The heater and fridge were both a bit loud, too, but I got used to it. That's just me nitpicking, though. I had a wonderful stay, and the mattress was my favourite part! Good night sleep every night."

"Great bed, overall clean but cobwebs on ceiling. Kitchenette -dish soap, dishtowel, garbage bin would have been nice. Also, recycle bin. Pool closed indefinitely. And parking is extra!! Didn't try breakfast. "

"Fresh breakfast buffet. Spacious, clean room.always a great stay at the Homewood, downtown Ottawa. Only downside would be if we had two beds/bedroom option rather than using the couch but none were available to book."

"Even during the last days of construction, the hotel was comfortable, like a classic hotel should be. Staff was personable and very attentive. My family was in Ottawa for a memorial, and we were all booked onto the same floor, and each room had a personal note of condolence, chocolates and fresh flowers. We were all very moved and very impressed by this thoughtfulness. Bartenders, waiters, bellhops and front desk staff really paid us attention, and made us feel very welcome. The remodeling is turning out very nice, too!"

"Cleanliness of the room could be improved, but overall a nice place to stay. Dust on various surfaces and urine droplets on the base of the toilet. Breakfast was delicious. Lots of options to choose from. Dining area was clean and staff was friendly. I would stay here again. "
