Enjoy your mountain getaway in this beautiful downtown 2 bed, 2 bath condo. This top floor, 2 story unit has incredible views of Breckenridge Ski Resort and the Ten Mile Range. Main St is only 2 blocks and the free gondola that runs year-round is 3 blocks away. The FREE bus stops right in front of the complex.

Park your car in your reserved spot in the heated, locked garage and quickly walk anywhere in Breck without having to worry about parking. There are additional free outdoor spots as well. 2 elevators make getting up to the 3rd floor quick and easy. Kick back and relax in the indoor pool, hot tub, and dry sauna. There is coin laundry on site and the unit comes stocked with linen, towels, soaps, crib, ironing board, and other essentials. You'll find the unit has all your favorite board games, a gas fireplace, and 3 flat screen TVs.

1st floor: Master king bedroom (w/ attached bathroom), Kitchen, living room, patio. Queen size memory foam sleeper sofa.
2nd floor: Lofted bedroom (2 queen beds), attached bathroom.


NOTES:
- Strict no smoking policy- no smoking or vaping in units or outside on balconies or common areas (heavy fines enforced)
- No pets allowed (contact me for exceptions, pet fee with apply)
- No parties or events
- Our cleaning crews have limited time between guests to complete cleaning and inspections; check in is at 4:00 PM.
- There is no Air Conditioning (not needed). Due to the mild high alpine climate, most properties are not equipped with air conditioning.
- If driving, make sure to check CDOT and Goole Maps for road conditions and traffic. Always allow yourself plenty of time to get to DIA during peak season as traffic can get heavy.
- We are not liable for personal property left behind. We will do our best to recover it but there are no guarantees.

Great place and great location
This place was in a prime location from the town and Gondola, very spacious, the hot tub and pool was also a great add on to the vacation after a long day on the slopes, would highly recommend and would highly book again

Great Location!
The location is so great, close walk to Main Street and the Gondola, but just far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Heated garage was a great feature. The condo had a cozy feeling. Large smart tv with all the apps! Kitchen is decently stocked, we ate almost every meal in. Beautiful view out the windows of the sunrise each morning! The courtyard area was great for younger kids to play in the snow out of the wind and close to the condo. Everything was very easy and explained out for us. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Great Location…easy walk to gondola
We had the pleasure of staying at David’s condo over Presidents’ Day weekend. The location is perfect with an easy 8 minute walk to the gondola and Main Street. The condo was great and easily slept our family of 5.

Great property overall and communication with the owner was surperb. The condo did need some minor maintenance such as the garbage disposal and fireplace did not work. Also the dining table chairs are in need of replacing. They look nice but padding is gone. Plus a towel rack upstairs kept falling off the wall. Cleaning crew also needs to pay more attention to detail such as the used panties on the deck and lack of extra garbage bags. And for the life of me I can’t figure out why a broom and dust pan were not provided? All on all though we had a great stay.

Amazing views
The process was so easy. Location was perfect. We could walk to Main St in a few minutes. The view from the balcony was unbelievable. Mountains and sunsets. You can see the Gondolas from there. It could have been a bit cleaner. It smelled very clean and that was important to me. The upstairs bath needs some work. It was clean but linoleum was pulling up and there was a hole in the wall by the toilet. No closets upstairs so hooks or a rod somewhere would be helpful. We would definitely rent this again.
