Be the envy of your friends back home when you stay in a prime corner location directly overlooking the 4 O'Clock Ski Run. Enjoy excellent views of Peak 7, Peak 8, and the Horseshoe Bowl from the living room and main balcony and Baldy Mountain and Boreas Pass from all bedrooms and the primary suite balcony. Newly remodeled and redecorated with all new appliances, furnishings, bedding, and carpeting, this condo also features three TVs and a selection of books, magazines, games, and puzzles to pass the time and a gas fireplace at the center of the living room. A fan and humidifier are provided for year-round comfort. The primary suite features a private safe for valuables. With plenty of beds and comfy bedrooms, this condo is the choice for groups of singles or large families.
When you book this charming condo you are granted access to many fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center!
Things to Know This unit is located on the lower third (3rd) floor - 32 stairs total. There are no elevators on property. Guests have access to an off-site pool. This amenity is not managed by us and is subject to availability. Access may vary depending on pool hours, temporary closures, and key card functionality. Rules, regulations and availability are outside of our control. We appreciate your understanding as availability may shift without notice. This property is managed by Vacasa Colorado LLC.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 3.
Ski shuttle details: There is a free town shuttle stop in the parking lot west of the Pine Ridge check-in office. The Gold Route serves Peaks 7 & 8.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.

The unit was great: as described, location was excellent. Lots of noise after hours made by other guests and intoxicated persons walking the trails and streets. Late checkout is not available for this unit so just something to be aware of. Stairs are 5 half flights, unit is on the third floor. Host was very responsive which was great.
Stayed for 3 nights with family of 6. Really good location for skiing, able to ski to the back door and two blocks from snowflake lift. Overall great, a few small things that were not perfect. The king bed was equipped with queen size bottom sheets so they didn’t stay in place. And might find a unit with less stairs next time. 5th floor was a lot for carrying gear up. But they did have a locker/closet for ski gear at the bottom. Thanks!

Great location, but a couple issues.
Check in was very simple. The location is wonderful, views off the living room deck are nice and you can hear the creek. Easy to walk to all of Main Street and there is a bus stop right in front for the free shuttle. Kitchen was nicely stocked with glassware dishwater and cooking items. They had both a Keurig and drip coffee pot. Beds were okay for comfort, but the master bed had a lot of motion transfer so that when my hubby or I moved it would wake the other up. There were plenty of towels pillows and extra blankets. We were unable to get the fireplace to work. Should have called for repair, but were out and about so often that we never did.
Awesome location, perfect set up for our large group. Very comfortable and cozy!

Location, cleanliness, and layout are amazing. The sound of the rushing mountain stream below the balcony and all the extra supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms makes it unbeatable - we'll be back!
