If you like staying in a room that looks like a prison, this is the place to be. Horrible location on an industrial lot, but close to the freeway. Decent breakfast buffet. I'll never stay here again.

Just right for what we needed

No frills but clean room and comfortable bed. Just what we wanted for this trip. The young gentleman (Yonis ?) who checked us in was efficient, friendly and made us feel welcome.

Noisy but cheap!

Beds were comfortable & en-suite basic but adequate. No sound proofing from the rooms above where chairs seemed to be scraped across the floor continuously & parties were happening into the early hours. It’s a basic hotel for basic cost but the location was good for the purpose of our stay with plenty of parking.

Horrible. Easily tjæhe lowest room standard I have ever experienced. Not cleaned either. Long hairs in the shower, trash under the bed etc.

Good cheap no thrills hotel

Basic no thrills hotel, had what we needed to just have a place to sleep. Clean and easy to check in, free parking, you get what you pay for.

Basic Hotel facilities for a basic price. Ideal for a short stay but any longer than a week is a struggle. Really friendly and helpful staff but a bit far from Breda centre meaning an hours walk or 25 Euro each way for a taxi.

Not very premiere or class, just a motel, no refrigerator in room, very tiny shower, no screens in front of small window, no AC. Bed was very good and buffet breakfast(not included) was very good. Very reasonable price.

The room was completely dirty from the floor to the beds and walls, also there was a piece of rope, the hallway smelled like urine.

We can confirm that the hotel is not in good conditions: rooms are dirty and ugly, there are stains on the wall, moisture on the floor, holes in curtains/bedsheet, it was smelly and the water from the shower was leaking in the room.

Premier Classe..Doesnt live up to its name...

Probably the worst hotell i have stayed in. Far too expensive for what was offered.. Price should have been cut by 50%.. We were not happy even though we only stayed 2 nights. Cleanliness was poor, matresses were filthy from body fluids..😡

Adequate, but barely

Building was old and not well kept, room was ok, bed very soft but bathroom cleanliness was terrible with black grime around the toilet (photo 1) and orange slime on the floor (photo 2). Its a budget hotel but still felt over-priced for what you get. Staff (in adjacent hotel) were lovely and helpful and the restaurant was decent however this didn't make up for the disgusting bathroom and neglect of the building. As a 1-night stop, it will suffice but the state of the place doesn't justify the price.
