"Great hotel, the owners were lovely, breakfast was increadble. "

"Amazingly peaceful stay at this beautiful grand old house filled with gorgeous and well mantained antiques. The breakfast was incredible, and we really appreciated the fresh baked gluten free bread! The service was all we could wish for and we enjoyed swimming in the pool outside under the stars. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a break from the city hustle and bustle."

"We booked and paid through hotels.com - although the hotel has reviews the owner claims he does not use hotels.com. He asked us to pay for the night after we had already paid and have a receipt of payment. The owner asked us to pay again, although we had already paid. "

"Very nice one night stay while travelling. Stayed in the garden room - very quiet and also has self-catering facilities. Short walk to several restaurants. We opted for a pizza nearby. Expedia shows breakfast included. This is an error - owner trying to resolve with agency. But breakfast is available at a small cost. Just ask Mike to show you his collection - stunning!"

"From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we had amazing service in a very beautiful guesthouse. All our comforts were met, the staff is very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was delicious. The hostess recommended and booked a dinner reservation for us which made our anniversary trip very special indeed. Absolute value for money. Highly recommended. "

"We booked Le Bonheur in McGregor for 1 night to go on a hike to a waterfall near by and didn't expect at all what we would get: lovely house and room, beautiful bathroom, cute little terrace & garden and wonderful breakfast. Jennifer & Martyn were helpful and very hospitable and generous with everything. We felt like friends visiting, thank you very much! "
