"The bear cave was everything we hoped and dreamed of. We stayed in January, and absolutely loved the snowy woods and the short hike to the lake from the property. The cabin itself is beyond cute, very comfortable and well laid out, and full of fun features like the electric fire/heater, games, a well stocked kitchen, and lots of cozy places to hang out. We came for the woods and it did not disappoint. "

"The kitchen and dining area was perfect for fixing our Christmas dinner and dining together at the large table. The family room was spacious enough for all 16 of us to watch our Illini game together. We very much enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well, and the sleeping quarters allowed us to spread out and sleep well. Looking forward to going back."

"The cabin was a nice weekend getaway. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff checked on us via text to make sure we didn’t need anything (much appreciated). We would definitely book again, but for a change we would try another location (farther from home). This location was nice and convenient to South Haven (a favorite location of ours)."
