"The highlight of my stay here was the manager Martin. Martin was on beck and call, helping me with my every request. Martin even helped me get bubble wrap to safeguard my trinkets I bought while in Europe. The property is stunning and unique. "The check in was horrible. We waited for 2 hrs at the lobby and the 2 receptionists were busy chatting and didn’t come and inform us that our room was ready. We asked them twice if the room was ready and they said it’s not 3pm yet while they checked in other people.
