Bisher kein Geld zurück erhalten, da sowohl das Hotel als auch Expedia nicht fähig waren, die Buchung zu stornieren. Sowohl das Hotel als auch Expedia wird von mir gemieden. Unfassbar schlechter Service."

"We have a service dog who should by law be granted free access to any hotel. However, to this hotel for some reason it is not allowed to bring your service dog free of charge. Very bad service from the hotel and I will be in contact with Expedia to get this thing sorted out, as it is written in the service description as well."

"Beautiful setting and one of the guys who worked on the hotel/gold course reception was very kind, but unfortunately that is where it stops. Arrived late 19.30 after travelling 15 hours. There is no hotel reception, it is the golf course club house reception they use. Wanted something to eat. Sorry restaurant closed Monday (very kindly the man at the recpetion brought us 2 hamburger patties he found that were left from a golf competition that day). Wanted a drink, it is not a bar as you would...
