The location is great, nothing can beat it.
There are a few things that I didn’t appreciate but that is personal taste- the music in the lobby is so loud at all times and sounds very badly. Probably the speaker system isn’t great. The rooms are small but nice enough.
There was a surprise when we checked in and had to pay an additional £280 dollars for “free” water and juices. No one can drink that much in 3 days. It was stated at booking times that there will be some additional fees but no explanation.

The room we stayed in was 705. It was wonderful. The front desk was always helpful and Morgan is very caring. The cleaning staff were very accommodating and kind. Thank you for making my 71st birthday celebration so wonderful.
