"Staff were very welcoming and as the reception checked us in, the staff suggested we help ourselves to free drinks/snacks from the bar. We were also invited to take advantage of the appetitive where snacks and drinks are available in the early evening for free. Food provided was lovely and there was plenty to choose from. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel. The weather was bad the night we stayed at the hotel, so we didn’t venture outside that evening because the hotel was so good."

I also liked the hotels's proximity to Milano Centrale station and metro lines and the cleanliness of the renovated rooms. The only area for improvement: the corridors need to be renovated."
