"Lovely view of Lake Como and Lecco from the top floor. Staff were polite and welcoming. Bus stop was less than 100yards away - with good transport to Lecco station and Bellagio. I went for a room upgrade with a lake view terrace - I didn’t use the terrace as much as I’d hoped as there were insects and mosquitoes there - so bring some repellent with you if you go for that option. Although this is much quieter than Lecco and other larger towns, there is still traffic passing through and plenty of people walking up and down the lake front next to the hotel - so it isn’t silent, there is still some life around you. "

"Lovely hotel, had a big, gorgeous room with a balcony to the front of the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful, very helpful staff. Can’t fault the hotel, would stay again, great location for funicular and train station. Frequent bus service , bus stop outside hotel "

"We landed late into Bergamo area so chose this hotel for location. It was only a ten minute walk from the airport then 15 minute taxi to Bergamo station the next morning. We were only there a short period of time but the staff were excellent and the room was very nice and comfortable. "

"We were upgraded to a suite on arrival which was very big, modern and clean. We didn't visit the spa, which was included, so can't comment on that. We had pasta and drinks in the outdoor cafe which was lovely. We booked the shuttle back to the airport (for a small charge) for the next day, to get our bus to Peschiera. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. "
