Perfect hotel, excellent hotel, amazing atmosphere, great free breakfast, free parking just outside and 1.2km right back to the motorway heading to Copenhagen. This is our new stop over, 5stars experience.

Fantastic Hotel. Conveniently situated just off the Motorway between Hamburg and Munster..an idyllic location. Family run and the Receptionist was so helpful. I ate in the Restaurant..and wonderful food was eaten..fine dining in my opinion. Fabulous room in one of the buildings set in the grounds. A lake and forest all part of the complex.I wish i was staying longer.Highly recommended.

Lever ikke op til den høje standard der forventes.

Værelset var spartansk, badeværelset mangler lys over vask/spejl og en spot over toilet virkede ikke. Bruser var monteret over badekar og glasvæggen skulle tvinges på plads på kanten af karret.

Hotel Gut Altona söder om Bremen.

Ett underbart hotel strax söder om Bremen. Det ligger på landet omgärdat av skog. En sagoplats. Rummet var rymligt med en stor säng, fluffiga duntäcken, stor perfekt kudde, vackert möblerat, stor altan med utemöbler, te/kaffe kokare, stort fräscht badrum, mörkt och tyst. Restaurang/frukostrum med uteservering. God mat, generös frukost. Promenadmöjligheter. Hundvänligt.

Wir haben in der 2. Etage im Nebengebäude übernachtet. Es gibt keinen Aufzug. Zwischen Frühstück und Abendessen gibt es keine Essen Möglichkeiten, sogar kein Snacks. Das Restaurant war leer und wir wollten etwas trinken draußen. Aber die Kellerin hat uns gesagt, dass die alle Tische ab 19 Uhr reserviert sind. Die hat uns vor der Hoteltür schclechte Tisch gezeigt. Sonst war okay. Das Bett und die Kissen waren sehr bequem und sauber. Die Zimmergröße ist gut.

Absolutly fantastic place to stay. Only stayed one night as we were passing through, but would definately stay again. Just perfect for what we wanted. Restaurant was beautiful, the food was reasonable priced and excellent quality. Staff were amazing.

I checked in quite late and my key was on reception waiting for me (as it is unmanned at night). Long story short, but my electronic key would not work in room50. It was the first time that this room was to be used since having a new style lock fitted. I called the out of hours telephone number several times and nobody answered. I ended up sleeping in my van in the car park. After explaining this to the receptionist in the morning, who was incredibly apologetic, they offered me a free breakfast and full refund. And since contacting hotels.com for the refund I am told that neither the hotel nor hotels.com will refund as it is outside of the refund policy. So, nobody answers the ‘out-of-hours’ phone at night, key not working, accepting the issue and now trying to get out if it. Very disappointed with this hotel and hotels.com for not refunding this booking.
