About: 8 Bedrooms/ 7.5 bathrooms and a kid's 6 bed bunk room. The 12 Armadillos Barndo is the perfect place for those who want to get away from the busy hustle and bustle of every day life. Located on 7 acres of land, you will love sitting on the porch overlooking the gorgeous views of the valley. You may even see cows from the property behind us! You will have access to all of the modern day luxuries but set in the country. What about those who still love the city life? No worries! We are located three miles from the cute historic town of Brenham where there are lots of things to do and see.

We only allow up to 28 people sleeping on our property. We do allow for extra guests and small events.

Extra guests fee:
Our rental includes 28 people (max spending the night). If you would like to have extra guests on the property during the day (above the 28 included), here are the fees (this is for one day and not multiple days). Kids 3 and under not included in the count.

Up to 25: $750
Up to 50: $1500
Up to 75: $2250
Up to 100: $3000

You and your guest will absolutely love the 12 Armadillos Barndo. There are so many little touches that we have added to make all of our guest's experiences very unique.

12 Armadillos Barndo is a 5000 sqft barndo with an additional 1500 sqft of an outdoor covered porch. The front 2000 sqft is one large grand room that includes a large kitchen/island, a long table that seats 20, a tv/ couch area, a large custom built bar, and a pool table. The kitchen has three ovens to accommodate large groups. The bar has a commercial ice maker and small beverage fridge. There is a half bath in this space. Slide the barn door where you will enter the back 2000 sqft living quarters. Your kids will love the super large game room that has a ping pong table, foozeball table, tv, and tons of board games. There are several games for you and your family to play. Fall in love with the unique and beautifully decorated "Texas themed" rooms. There are eight bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Each bedroom has its own smart tv. The Bluebonnet Room is a master with a king size bed and a sofa that turns into a futon. The bathroom has a double vanity. The room has a door that goes out to the covered porch. The Yellow Rose of Texas Room is the second master. It has a king size bed and a sofa that turns into a futon. The bathroom has a double vanity. The Fiesta room has a queen size bed and has a door that goes out to the covered porch. The Austin room has a queen size bed and a door that goes out to the covered porch. The Prickly Pear has a queen size bed. The Round Top room has a queen bed. Each of the six downstairs bedrooms has its own bathroom. Upstairs, there are two king bedrooms (The Galveston Room and The River Oaks Room). Also upstairs is a custom bunk room with six bunkbeds, a TV area, and a bathroom. The over sized covered porch is the perfect place to have your morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine. There are several seating areas to have dinner overlooking the view or just to hang out. Right off the porch is a fire pit area that includes retro metal chairs and lights strung from poles. There are outdoor games for the family to enjoy. There is a large grill that can be used as a gas or charcoal grill. It also has a smoker option. The barndo has a fully stocked kitchen with several pots/pans/a crockpot/ serving trays, etc. If you let us know, we have a high chair, pack and play, baby swing, and a few baby toys.

We have a kegerator. You must provide the keg.
