"They truly treat you like royalty here at the Royal Sonesta!! I had problems with my room, and they immediately took care of it and made sure that my honeymoon was very special. The food at the hotel is fantastic. The drinks at the bar are stiff! The coffee shop is awesome. I love PJ's coffee!!"

Comfort Inn & Suites Houston Key-Katy

"You know the room and bedding was nice. I stayed there much of the days and didn’t hate being there so it must be decent. Some loud cars occasionally on the road but not their fault, just loud revving cars. The parking is weird if you have to take an elevator or are handicapped absolutely do not book this hotel. You park in the back and have to take the side door and side stairs and no AC in the hallway which is weird but once you get in the room it’s good and it’s not far to that little stairwell. Just a little annoying with a heavy bag it would be a super long walk from the front to elevator to the room (and then you’d have to go back and move your car from front to parking spot so you have to take the side if you have a heavy bag. Good value tho. Safe gated parking lot. Only one way in and one way out where 2 hotels face the entrance, it’s a super short walk to food and I don’t speak Spanish but I walked to the Mexican grocery store and it was perfect for sodas and grocery’s and they spoke English lol. There’s even more to walk to if you want. I’d stay again."

"Great stay near the Galleria I had a wonderful stay at Drury Inn & Suites Houston Near the Galleria. The location was very convenient for getting around Houston, and the complimentary breakfast, Wi-Fi, and parking made the stay an even better value. Everything I needed for a comfortable visit was right there. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the Galleria area."

"We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The property was very clean, and our room was both clean and spacious. We didn’t get a chance to try the complimentary breakfast, but it smelled really good! The staff members we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The location was also great—right off the highway, which made getting around very convenient. We especially appreciated that the parking lot was gated and required a code to enter, which added an extra sense of security. The only disappointment was the indoor pool. We noticed that no one was using it the entire weekend, and after checking it out, we understood why—the water was absolutely freezing! It was disappointing to have an indoor pool as an amenity but not be able to comfortably use it. Hopefully they can adjust the water temperature because otherwise it would be a great feature. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again."

"We had a pleasant stay at The Chifley. From the check-in to check out, the staff were helpful and friendly. I appreciated being able to check in to my room a little earlier and rest. I like that this is an all suite hotel which gives a very comfortable feel away from home. Conveniently located near The Galleria. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in Houston!"
