The staff was very courteous and helpful with information. The room was ready at check-in time and was very comfortable. No problems at all. Due to a personal plan change unrelated to Hampton Inns, I did not get a chance to try the complementary breakfast. The hotel was very convenient to areas along the west I-10 corridor.

This is a property where you can just tell they are pinching pennies in every way possible. Housekeeping every other day, without the ability to request daily. Not running air conditioning in the hallways other than the lobby (wild choice in 90+ degree heat). My room had a musty smell that was coming right out of the air conditioner. Mirrors and floors weren’t really cleaned between guests - still had visible dirt/spills/stains. It worked for what it was, but I will look elsewhere next time.

I stayed in a suite and the light in the restroom was not working so I had to go ask front desk to replace, the shower was horrible! As soon as I turned it on the water would not drain so I had to shower in a flooded tub and the floor of the shower was slippery and only 2 reasons came to mind :( (cleaning product or worse someone elses scum) ewww. I did not feel clean it was horrible.
