"Hotel is a little bit shabby and not updated (worn out carpet in hallways etc) but it is VERY comfortable and our room was very clean. Excellent staff - everyone we interacted with were SO nice but the best person was I believe Shavay, I might be messing her name up but she was a delight. Super kind and welcoming and warm, and made sure we were well taken care of for my birthday weekend trip. Hotel has a nice pool area and is quiet despite being right off the freeway (easy on/off) and very close driving distance to lots of shopping, food etc. We were only 15 minutes from House of Blues, we were in town for a concert so the location was perfect for us. And the hotel offered free secure parking which was lovely. The continental breakfast buffet is $20 per adult and delicious and fresh, included all the basics but also made-to-order omelettes, pancakes and egg options. "

"10/10 highly recommended this hotel to everyone. Great staff and beautiful views from our room and the especially the pool! Free parking in the garage with plenty of spaces available. In house restaurant and full bar, we did not need to leave the hotel. Many restaurants and retail shops below the hotel, so convenient we did not need to drive anywhere our entire stay. "
