"Super expensive for what you get during trade shows"

"This is a nice little hotel close to the Hauptbahnhof. The room was a bit small but had sufficient drawers and hangers to put things away. There is a free coffee maker in the room (capsules provoded) and also a mini fridge kept empty for any items you might want to store in there. The desk area is open and well lit, with convenient outlets. The bathroom is well pictured on the website and there was plenty of hot water. The wifi was easy to connect to and speedy. There is also a nice and underused gym with cardio and dumbbells available. I had happy hour and dinner at the I house restaurant and found everything delicious. It is a basic menu, but Bolt and Wolt provide easy delivery from local spots as well. There are also 3 elevators which sped transit un and down. I recommend!"

"Comme chaque année depuis 5 ans, tout se passe bien à l'exception cette année de quelques incidents mineures: chambre demandée en étage élevé, j'étais au rez-de-chaussée; flacon du gel douche/shampoing entièrement vide; fête dans une chambre du personnel juste sous ma chambre le 2ème soir (stoppée à 23h à ma demande donc rien d'alarmant mais pas agréable quand on espère retrouver le calme après une journée très bruyante). Malgré tout, la chambre reste très confortable même au RDC, la qualité de la literie est très bien et le petit déjeuner est excellent."

"One of the staff (tell guy) was either super lazy or racist he won’t check us in for over 1 hour just kept pointing us to the machine even he checked in for other people. When it’s passed our check in time another very friendly staff (Asia young lady) saw us waiting around and check us in after she had check in for other few large parties. In general bad area and basic business hotel. They also require you to sign up to there reward program to get free Wi-Fi "

"Air conditioner did not cool the room, hardly blew any cold air. Needed to keep the window open at night and put up with freeway traffic noise. Blow dryer kept cutting out when on high speed, could only use on low. No fridge in room and ice not readily available. Needed to ask for ice at front desk.."

"Perfect. Sufficient for my requirements. Transport using the metro to Messe Frankfurt was brilliant. Directly from around the corner of Hotel to directly outside the Messe entrance. Staff were very helpful and went out of their way to provide a good service. Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable and quiet. Shower was good and clean. Breakfast was good quality and a good selection. No chef for making omelette etc but the scrambled egg option was fine. No supermarket nearby unless you take the metro to next stop(s) etc Parking is available on street for free if you can find space (though I did get away from parking where the sign says no parking for a night) Would stay here again."
