"We had a great stay. The building is a bit older so there were some minor dings, but everything was very clean. The staff were amazing - going above and beyond to make it a positive experience. That started from the moment Kiemion met us at the front desk with a big 'hello'. There was a great vibe with families, kids and teens hanging out at the pool and basketball court. The location was perfect for visiting family im Franklin and driving back and forth to Nashville. We will stay here...

"Convenient location, near stores and restaurants. They could do better with breakfast. There was no microwave in the room to heat up food or drinks so I had to go to the lobby multiple times because I have kids that had snacks. The carpet was first in the room. We enjoyed the pool area and everyone that worked there was nice. "
