The place was spotless and beautifully decorated with flowers, creating a lovely atmosphere, especially in the outdoor seating area where guests can relax. My room was simple yet clean, and the housekeeping team was incredibly friendly and attentive to all my needs. I genuinely had a wonderful experience here and can't wait to visit again!"

"In our room the carpet felt sticky, the wallpaper was coming apart at the corners, it smelt musky, the curtains would not stay closed, the bath tub had mold in spots and the paint on the tap was peeling. We stayed 4 nights and housekeeping never entered our room. We had to go get clean towels. The breakfast was just okay. There was a large dumpster out front of hotel with a big pile of junk next to it. The pool area needed cleaned, the water was murky and could have used a good cleaning also."

"The air didn’t work even after a guy came up and checked it. We called back to the front desk and they offered to switch rooms which was too inconvenient. Everything else was ok"
