Contemporary single storey house 5 minutes from downtown and the marina, fully equipped, comfortable. Ideal rental for families.

This house is composed of a fitted and equipped kitchen, a bright living room with dining room and living room leading directly onto a south-facing terrace, a master bedroom with double bed and a second bedroom with 2 beds bunk; the bathroom has a vanity unit and a walk-in shower.

The car park can accommodate 2 vehicles on a fully enclosed plot.

For your comfort, beds are made upon arrival. The bathroom and household linen is included in the rental. A cot and high chair will be available for the youngest.

For hygienic reasons, our animal friends are not accepted.

Une belle maison où il fait bon vivre !
Tout est parfait dans cette location, toutes les commodités sont là, de l'espace, du calme. La météo bretonne nous a même permis de sortir : dommage, nous aurions bien aimé profiter plus de la maison ! ☺ Un accueil très sympathique de la part de nos hôtes, ce qui ne gâche rien. Nous recommandons chaudement cette location, bien située pour visiter différents lieux entre 0,5 à 1h de distance. Merci pour cette belle semaine !

Excellente semaine au calme
Maison moderne confortable, spacieuse et très très bien équipée. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Le quartier est calme, un peu excentré mais avec des transports, bus et tram, accessible à pied en quelques minutes. On peut garer la voiture dans l'allée de la maison, derrière le portail fermé. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter

Excellent accueil et excellent sejour!
Serge est un hôte très attentif. Il prend le temps pour la visite de la maison qui est très agréable et fonctionnelle. Mais il donne aussi des idées de visites, de lieux incontournables et de bons coins pour manger de bonnes crêpes ! Brest est une ville qui a plusieurs facettes. À faire et à refaire sans aucun doute !

Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique dans cet établissement. Emplacement agréable et calme. La propriété est de haut standing et très bien équipée. Très spacieux avec un joli jardin.
