This chalet in Bretignolles-sur-Mer welcomes you for a rejuvenating stay. Recently built and located in the Corniche estate, it will provide you with everything you need in a calm and secure setting to fully enjoy your holiday. Inside, you will find a modern, well-equipped kitchen to provide you with maximum convenience (induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster and kettle). The kitchen is open to the dining room where you can enjoy good meals and share convivial moments. Next, the lounge has air conditioning and will be ideal for you to relax in front of the television.



The chalet can accommodate up to 4 people and has two bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and offers a view of the terrace. The second bedroom has a double bed and its blue-coloured wall gives it a marine atmosphere.

The chalet also includes a bathroom, a toilet, a hairdryer and an outdoor parking space, for maximum convenience. In the property, it is forbidden to charge electric vehicles on site – risk of general power cut. Charging points are available in town.



The swimming pool is covered and heated to 28°C (open from 1st April to 30th November) and unattended.
