"Good location. Clean rooms. Arrived early 8am,and asked for an early check in. Was told to check back at 1. Then was instructed to check back at 3. No options given. There was no accommodation for an early check in. Hotel main elevator was down to one of two which was manageable, then the second one was not operable for several hours. We would still use this hotel but some better communication and better maintenance is required."

"The bad, the hotel was as full capacity so they could only give us one key for the room, and one of the elevators was out of service. These were not too big of problems, we were in the first floor and could easily take the stairs. The good, the staff were very helpful, the breakfast was well stocked and good. My only suggestion would be to add bacon. But, they had eggs, chicken sausage, cereals, yogurts, broachen with meats and cheeses, plus much more. The location is great, they only have 30 parking spots, but there are some lots near by, I never had a problem finding a spot. There is a large gathering area on the main floor, this is the breakfast area as well."

"We stayed in the "Comfort Double Room" part of the hotel, and the place was far from 4-star superior quality. It felt like an unmaintained 1980s relic with unpleasant red shag carpet and almost zero soundproofing. The room was objectively dirty and hazardous: Hygiene: There was active mold on the bathroom ceiling and in the shower grout. The toilet had a visible brown biofilm build-up under the rim, and the water faucet was covered in heavy limescale. Expired Food: I found coffee creamers that had expired over 100 days ago (Dec 2025) and minibar chips expired by two months. Security: While we were out, housekeeping took an active key card from our room without explanation. We had to go back to the desk to reprogram everything because we didn't know who had it. Service: Breakfast service was incredibly slow; it took a very long time just to get a coffee. Management provided a partial discount after I showed them the photos, but a refund doesn't fix these health and safety issues. If you book here, be very careful which wing they put you in."
