Big Porch Tiny House
Enjoy our tiny house with a big porch nestled in a pretty hollow near the scenic East Fork river. Come see all the natural beauty the Land of Waterfalls has to offer. Live big in the fully equipped tiny house!
The space is packed with amenities like a quiet heat pump, five burner out door gas grill and a two burner stove inside. Marvel at the copper counter-tops and chill in the loft while controlling the smart TV with Amazon's Alexa Fire Cube and your voice. The shower is big enough for jumping jacks and the fridge is full sized with a microwave, coffee pot, toaster and tea kettle to round out the kitchen. We have a neighboring tiny house which will be perfect if you want to live "Mo" bigger with friends staying in the "Little house on the pond" next door [check the map]... about a base-ball whack and one base away. Collectively, as a group of tiny house dwellers, you will be known as "Peeps"!

This was perfect for our little family getaway! Quaint and quiet would definitely stay again!
I could have stayed forever in this adorable Tiny House. So quiet and the place itself was very well done. Loved it for a weekend away to hit some really cool hiking in the area!
Had a really nice, quiet time at the tiny house. Thank you to the owners for quality communication and a lovely property in the woods. Look forward to staying again!
This rental was a perfect place to stay for me and my fiancé 's birthday weekend getaway. We hiked the trails in the Dupont Forest that led to beautiful waterfalls and we spent time shopping in downtown Brevard. The rental is great for two people and very clean!
one adult two teens. son & I slept in the bed. daughter on the couch. location is perfect. nice and quiet. easy trip to all the fun the mountains have! owners shared a pdf w/ all the needed info. this was super helpful. Thanks Ashley @ Jonathan!!!
This is a great property in a quiet setting away from the city. We loved the design and layout of the tiny house- utilizing every nook and cranny with efficient use of space. The shower is awesome and the kitchen is perfect for the space. We enjoyed to porch and the picnic table. The bed was extremely comfortable. This was our “base of operations “ as we visited the boo-jillion waterfalls in the area. Brevard was a short drive to shops restaurants and adventures. I highly recommend this place and plan to return on my next area adventure.
This was a Quiet, peaceful place. Conveniently located near many hiking trails and waterfalls. Everything we needed for our short stay. Quick response and easy communication with the host.
It's a tiny house. It was a unique experience for us.

Toaster was broken, rear burner on stove didn't light, grill rusted out and igniter was dead. No other way to light things was provided. In need of a deep cleanibg but was generally clean. Bed was very comfortable and the shower worked great. Super peaceful and quiet, just needs some better maintenance.
We really enjoyed our time in Brevard at this tiny home. There were a lot of beautiful sites to see, and more than we imagined to do downtown. The owners were gracious in working with us regarding an issue we had while staying at the tiny home. Would definitely recommend!
Our stay at the house with our dog allowed us to get needed rest . The home was comfortable and had all conveniences.
We were able to spend a lot of time on the porch and felt like we were way out in the woods.
The home is very convenient to trails, waterfalls ,and two nice towns .
We hope to return someday.
This property was perfect for our needs- a quick mountain getaway (for a young couple and infant). The host’s guide was extremely beneficial. We checked out several restaurants and hiking attractions the host recommended. As host mentions, cell service is spotty in the area, but Wi-Fi at the tiny house is great. For anyone with an infant, a standard size pack and play fit perfectly in the living room space.
The property had a smell, also we found hairs on the bed and towels, fleas and ants on the bed. The utensils and shelves were covered with dust and the microwave was very dirty. The outside areas were uncleaned as well, and the table was disgusting. The table was covered with a moldy film and underneath was damp and rotten.
