Room was clean and well appointed. The hotel is not really walkable to restaurants or shops and provided breakfast is pretty limited, but setting is nice and otherwise the hotel was good.

Having traveled for about 2 weeks. This was the loveliest place I stayed. The grounds were beautiful with the beautiful pool and great ambiance. It reminded me of the great resorts all along in the Catskills of New York

The property is beautiful in the summer - outside tables and chairs to enjoy the gardens; the pool is clean and well-lit in the evening. Rooms were spacious, clean with good appliances and very comfortable beds. While you can tell the property is older, the renovations have been very nicely done on the whole. We'll be back!

Have stayed at Heidi's Inn several times and we are never disappointed. Very hospitable, clean rooms, very basic but we don't need fancy and it works for us. Continental,breakfast in the morning and perfect location, easy to find. We love Heidi's....

From the second we walked in, the staff made us feel like family. That top-notch customer service is what puts this place on the map. The crew is just genuinely friendly and super helpful, which made check-in and everything else totally painless. The place itself? Gorgeous! And the rooms are spotless! They're super comfy and loaded with everything you could need: a flat-screen TV, solid WiFi, a fridge, and a microwave. Oh, and the free continental breakfast every morning was the best easy way to start the day. But wait, there's more than just the rooms! We spent a ton of time chilling by the sparkling seasonal pool (they even have free cabanas!) and hanging out by the firepit in the garden. It's the perfect way to unwind after exploring the beautiful Hudson Valley. The location is killer, too—super easy access to local faves like Thunder Ridge Ski Resort or jumping on a hiking trail. Honestly, if you want a clean, comfy spot that's a great deal and has people who are just as great as the place itself, you need to book here. We are already counting down the days until we can go back!

A gem in Brewster!

Heidi Inn was a great place to stay. Clean rooms, friendly staff annd every time I interacted with anybody on the phone or in the front desk it was always pleasant and professional. Really nice place to stay!

Stayed here for one night on Christmas Eve while visiting family this is out 2nd year doing this. It’s Very nice very clean and staff was very friendly. Loved that it’s dog friendly and we was able to take our puppy with us.
