Just spent one night here while visiting a nearby university. The grounds were beautiful and property was clean and well maintained. Parking on site was easy to access and secure. Due to low occupancy, the restaurants/café were not open and there was only coffee available in the morning. Had to go offsite for breakfast, which we didn’t mind. I took advantage of the huge gym on property, which was much bigger than any other hotel gym I have been to. Not much nearby but great for what we needed.

Parking is difficult NO HANDICAP space provided. Long walk from lot. Room not clean, no opening window as reported on web site, climate control in room non functional, tv not working on arrival (resolved). Scenic setting, comfortable beds, quality towels. Staff attentive and friendly, grab n go area well stocked.

Check in process was quick & easy and staff was very friendly and informative. Lobby was very inviting. We stayed on the 4th floor. Views out the window were awesome! There was even a telescope at the large window so you could see out to the river and look at the fall foliage. Our room was very clean and was as expected. I didn’t feel it was outdated, as other reviews suggested. The grounds are beautiful. Hotel is nice and secluded but a short drive to many local events.
