    South-facing balcony (shaded in summer) with stunning views of the town and surrounding peaks.

    It comprises an entrance hall leading to a separate WC with a large sink, a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine, a spacious and bright bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm), and a living/dining room opening onto the balcony with panoramic views!

    It features a fully equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor hood, raclette set, etc.), a large living room (25 m²) with a television and DVD player, a sofa bed (sleeps 2), and a second bedroom with bunk beds.

    Parking is generally available within the residence's gated area.

    If not, street parking is available. There is also a small free parking lot directly opposite the entrance to the residence.
