"Overall the infrastrcture was good, but lacking in details such as in room tea/coffee facilities, towel rails, table & chairs, iron. Also sun protection for balconies & over pool. Staff were helpful & mostly lovely, friendly."

"Absolutely shattered after a long day cycling to Vibo, really friendly efficient check in and then a super nice bartender ( rocksi I think ) who went out of her way to make me a sandwich as the kitchen was closed, then negotiated the restaurant opening 30 mins early for me so I could eat and sleep ready for tomorrows ride. La stanza si è rivelata ottima, perché molto ampia e con l'essenziale per gestirci al meglio (anche con balcone e filo per appendere costumi e teli se necessario). Anche il bagno grande e pulito. Alla fine ci hanno cambiato gli asciugamani tutti i giorni, anche se non richiesto, ma è stato molto gradito. "A személyzet hihetetlenül kedves és segítőkész volt! Óriási tisztelet érte! A hely szép, a fekvése kitűnő, bár autóval nem közelíthető meg, de még az állomásra is ki lehet tolni a bőröndöket! Ami nem annyira volt jó, hogy az utca szintjátől 70 lépcsőfok volt a szobánk (bár megvan a maga olaszos lépcsős romantikája), lift nincsen, valamint hiányzott a szobából szárításra alkalmas akasztó, vagy szárító, amin a strandról felhozott dolgainkat tudtuk volna szárítani."

"No restaurant even though still advertising as available Hotel is literally miles from nearest restaurant on mountainous roads with no lighting. We arrived after a long journey tired and hungry, only to be told nearest restaurant was 9 miles away. We paid for breakfast included and received a long life croissant an apple and orange on first morning, thereafter NOTHING There was no heating, in January and hence sheets were damp. We couldn’t wait to leave "

"Abbiamo alloggiato presso Villa Bergamotto per 18 notti, un periodo sufficientemente lungo che ci ha permesso di sfruttare e apprezzare appieno tutto quanto questa sistemazione ha da offrire. La casa è attrezzatissima, c'è veramente di tutto e di più, l'unico punto negativo, se proprio vogliamo trovarne uno è la mancanza della lavastoviglie, ma è un dettaglio veramente trascurabile. La casa è pulita, spaziosa, arredata con gusto. La zona è comoda e tranquilla, i proprietari sono persone squisite...

"Alloggio con il necessario per la nostra permanenza di 10 giorni, per me e 2 figli. Gentilezza e disponibilità da parte della signora Pamela non sono mai mancate, la ringrazio per questo. Situata a 20 minuti da Pizzo e Tropea. Sicuramente serve la macchina per arrivare alle varie spiagge, comunque non lontane. "
