"Overall we were VERY disappointed with our stay which was booked as a surprise 50th birthday getaway weekend. The farmhouse itself is absolutely lovely but a few things to keep in mind for the next people staying there - the people visiting before us must have used up most of the tank water as on the first night we noticed the water pressure starting to get lower and lower to almost non-existent. "I have stayed at the Mantra for many years from when it opened for family holidays, weekends away, single night work trips and even staged a conference at the property one year. It's a great location however it is starting to feel a little tired. I was in a 1st floor apartment this visit and it was fine, however there was a bad smell of stale smoke.
