Best location in Redcliffe i think. Located on Sutton beach, nice restaurant and easy walking to retail. Staff is the best, five star. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

The Novotel is an excellent hotel. It is right across the street from nice restaurants and shopping center. The hotel itself has a restaurant with a decent menu but the prices are a little high as you can walk across the street and purchase almost the same meal for a little less. This place is a gem. The room was modern. Spacious and very clean. Check-in was very easy and fast. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We flew in from overseas and had to get Rapid Antigen Covid test kits but because we came in very late it would've been impossible to find a place to go buy these test kits late at night. Liked it all. Dining at the Tavern was not great - food was good and reasonably priced, environment was not good - gambling, what appeared to be an intoxicated person lying on the sidewalk near the entrance door on 2 occasions - belongings scattered and rolling cigarettes or an other item.

Perfect location to downtown and all aspects of surrounding areas. Walk through the botanical gardens or take a ferry or walking bridge to get away from the CBD area or walk straight down Albert to everything you’ll need. Pool is great as well.

Comfortable 22 room motel with basic facilities. Very clean good sized rooms. Very pleasant and attentive staff. A well maintained motel with attention paid to the smallest detail.
