4 stars are because its not a new build and its age is showing in some areas. In saying that, we would rebook if in Brisbane again. The airport shuttle service was a bonus. A tip we would have liked to have known... the room we had was on second floor and, being over 65, I struggled a bit with getting heavy suitcases up stairs. Ask for a lower floor room if this would cause you an issue

We stayed here with the plans to eat in the restaurant which was closed because the chef didn't make it to work. We where unfamiliar with the area and didn't really find a place to eat. The room was nice but very noisy it was right on a busy road. I thought they had continental breakfast but they offered a skimpy $15 box meal. The place did have a shuttle to the airport. No wash rags in the shower and water splashed under the shower door across the whole bathroom

Great deal. We had booked a similar airport hotel 3 months ago at a high price - and found Comfort Inn's pricing a lot cheaper and offering the same value, We never saw a staff as checked in late, and out early. We did you the Shuttle from Hotel to airport, even when we found out no shuttle from airport to hotel was offered - and thus had to take a $20 Uber ride for 15 min to the hotel. The room was clean, AC worked - so for an overnight stay this was a great deal.

It was pretty good for what we needed for a 1 night stay before flying home. No food options around and when we asked reception he said we would need to uber. Didn't suggest the train of anything. On our way back from dinner we seen a restaurant in the same complex of the hotel and it was open so that was kind of annoying we didn't get told about that. But overall it suited our needs

Large 2 bedroom apartment. We were only there 1 night. Booked because it said it had shuttle but read fine print it's only for limited hours. Staff were nice,, food nearby. Felt safe.

This place was awesome! A little apartment and the best night sleep we had on our entire trip! Staff was professional, helpful, friendly. Everything went smooth and was straightforward. Property and our hotel/apartment was all clean and well-maintained. Close to amenities (a couple gas stations nearby for coffee, food) but also the hotel had meals you could reheat and we did. They were delicious and our kids ate really well that night as well. The beds didn't look like anything special on first glance but were so comfortable! The airport shuttle was a great ride and was on time.
