Not worth the premium price tag. Can see if the builder had disputes with the hotel owners. Cheap bed and pillows. No block out blinds and see poor workmanship. Never going back and have travel most of Australia and parts of yet world. Hopefully they can get in order before the Olympics.

Was so disappointed during my stay, after check out forgot a bottle of perfume . Rung the following day to ask if house keeping had found it while cleaning the room. We were told the room had not yet been cleaned and they would let us know. Mind you that was a day after check out. So to me that meant rooms aren’t cleaned for days. And also the staff are dishonest. I have stayed at plenty hotels where I have left stuff behind and able to recover them. Do not recommend

Location was amazing as expected. Unit was clean and modern. I cant believe they've built a brand new apartment block with physical keys to enter the door, only 3 lifts which leads to huge wait times to get up to your floor, and non block out blinds. Dont have a big night at the casino unless you want the sun waking you haha

Parking and check inn is difficult and confusing, we had three access cards, 1 parking remote as well as traditional room keys and then had to use 2 different lifts to access the room from the car park

Un hôtel bien situé

Quelques jours avant notre séjour, nous avons reçu un mail avec des indications pour arriver à l’hôtel. La réception est convenable. La chambre est correcte avec une vue sur le fleuve et sur le casino. Le lit est confortable. L’inconvénient principal est l’ascenseur ! Aux « heures de pointe » nous avons dû patienter de longues minutes avant qu’un des 3 ascenseurs ne s’arrête à notre étage. J’ignore comment, mais il faudrait revoir le mécanisme. Mise à part ça, l’hôtel est bien situé. Nous n’avons qu’à marcher quelques minutes pour arriver à Queen Street. Avec un accès direct au casino, il est facile de s’y rendre, notamment au Sky deck avec ses bars et restaurants et une belle vue sur la ville.
