We contacted the owner who informed us a cleaner would be with us by 10am the following day. We arrived at the property at 8pm on a Sunday night, after a five hour drive and spent the next two hours cleaning the kitchen and bathroom but still had no beds to sleep in so the sofa had to do for the first night. There was everything that we needed the deck with chairs was nice to have this morning having coffee. The host was easy to reach if we needed anything. "Could not recommend this accommodation enough - a real hidden gem! Massive, secure 2 bedroom apartment in a wider bunkhouse complex which was, when we stayed, not occupied. Only 5 mins drive from Kirriemuir and so quiet and peaceful - in the heart of the countryside. Comms were great and all mod cons throughout including WiFi, TVs in all rooms and even a starter hamper! Will definitely book again. The dog loved the outdoor space which is literally ‘on your doorstep’! A+"

We loved it... the apartment was beautiful!!! We could walk to all points in town... the river and the museum's. Veery, very convenient! We would come back in a heart beat!"

"This was my first time in Scotland. The apartment is in a great location. Only a short distance from the downtown area and an hour away from Sterling Castle and Edinburgh Castle. The bed was a bit firm for our liking. The door was tricky, you’ll have to lift the handle upward to engage the latch mechanism to then lock it. This is a very modern apartment. Has all the amenities you’d need to cook a meal and have a coffee. I would definitely stay here again."
