"The space is nice is comfortable for longer stays. The kitchen had the essentials to cook for a week and the property is in a good spot, walking distance to the city centre. The balcony is quite dirty and was more of a pigeon resort so we didn’t use it. The laundry facility was handy but the machine was a little dirty (no fault of the owner as it is shared with the floor you are on). Annette is the best host I've ever dealt with, awesome communication, easy instructions for check-in, key pick up, and check-out. She had a few personalized welcoming features to make you feel welcomed and at ease. I'll definitely be staying here again and suggest others to check it out."

"This is the perfect spot to get to the events, all within walking distance. Great eating places nearby. Large walk-in showers, comfortable beds, Starbucks across the street and small food court across the street..it is hard not to enjoy your stay. I only wish that there was a Keurig to start off the day without leaving this comfortable retreat. "

The neighborhood is filled with restaurants, bars, and shops; we stayed here on a friday night and could hear the city life until at least 1am, which was very nice for me and my partner as we came for the busy city life and loved listening to the people, however it may not be the best choice if you're looking for a quiet spot.
