"Easy booking. Easy check in. A bit of confusion over parking. Free for guests but receptionist for some unknown reason mention £8 parking? Got it sorted in the end. Stain on chair in room just avoided it. Had to move tray of tea making to near a plug to use it. Not thought out properly "
