"We had booked a smoke free room. The first room might have said it was smoke free. But it smelled like people were smoking in it. I went back up to the desk to ask and the gentleman at the counter was more than happy to move our room. "

Makes it hard for a bigger person. High perfume smell throughout the hotel. They allow pets in any room if you have allergies. "
