"We should have requested a different room as the deadbolt on the door would not lock. The entire door frame was loose and the door could have easily been busted open. We slid a (very uncomfortable) recliner in front of the door when we were in the room. Electric outlets seem to be worn out and items we plugged in kept falling out of the outlets. Bathroom was TINY and EVERYTHING was in need of updating. Had a massive 75-80” TV? Will not stay here again. Get what you pay for."

"In the heart of Montrose and can walk to shops and restaurants. Not gar from the Black Canyon. Comfortable and modern room with an attached bar and restaurant where you can wind down after a day of sightseeing."

"Very well stocked and supplied place! Clean and comfortable. The only thing that was odd or uncomfortable was the lack of a door to the master bathroom. We’ve been married for 46 years but still like our privacy on the toilet. Overall, very nice place. "

"The property shows better online than in actuality. The overall property doesn't seem very well taken care of. RV sites are overgrown and the cabin was dark and musty smelling. The area itself didnt feel as safe as we would gave liked. We had to leave early for personal reasons and didn't expect a full refund by any means buy maybe something would have been nice. I hope they use the money to clean up the property. Very disappointing."

"Yes, it’s a budget hotel. That being said, spend the extra money to stay elsewhere. The room was just gross and neglected. The comforters were filthy and covered with stains- just clearly haven’t been washed in ages. Towels had been washed but were heavily stained; the shower barely got warm; the toilet wobbled; the upstairs hallway was super dark… If it were just one of these things I’d be able to look past it. But there wasn’t a single clean, well kept area of this place. It might be ok the cheaper end of hotels in Montrose but I can assure you it’s overpriced for what you get."
