"Room was clean but after I was given the ok to check in a little later than 3, we arrived and had to wait an additional 30 minutes because the room wasn't clean yet. Then on 2 separate occasions we tried to use the pool and it was out of order. Then I was given a price on Expedia and charged nearly double after the stay."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Marilyn Inn. It was only a block and 4 houses from the beach. Maylin was friendly and helpful while we were there. The Inn was new and nicely furnished. We had breakfast on the porch and it was delicious. We thought it was a continental breakfast but it was a full breakfast with eggs, bacon, potatoes and toast. We would highly recommend this Inn."

"The staff was kind and helpful. The hotel is clean. We were able to check in early. Our room had a bad smell at first we didn’t think anything of it, thought maybe the last guest ate something smelly, and the room even though clean it would air out by the time we got back. Several hours later the smell was there and worse. The front desk was able to give us the only available room and credited us 50% of our stay. "The Inn was a perfect choice for our fishing trip. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Anything we needed the staff was there to help. The area was very convenient a great restaurant just up the road and a great little shopping center around the corner, a drug store, and a deli too. We enjoyed our stay."
