"Everything was all round great, and amazing staff"

"The location is right next to the train station so getting to Zermatt was easy. The room was small and the bathroom even smaller (think cruise ship small). The internet was fine and the room was clean. There is no A/C in the building so for air you need to open the windows meaning you can hear the trains and the people walking around. The breakfast was included but the selection was minimal. The front desk staff were friendly but very backed up during check in. For the price (budget) it met expectations. I would stay again if traveling in the area."

"The Mürren Palace Hotel is top-tier. The location and scenery are breathtaking, the rooms are flawless, and the sauna and steam rooms were a absolute dream after a long day out. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff, especially the amazing bartender. She delivered perfect custom cocktails, remembered my order, and shared it with her team. More than anything, she and the others pulled off the ultimate trick of elite service: making me feel they genuinely cared about me. Fabulous property, fabulous staff."

We came in summer with ongoing heatwave so the rooms were warm/hot but hotel had provided fan when we arrived which was thoughtful of them Hotels /apartment in Switzerland generally don’t have AC but the staff was polite and helpful Recommend this hotel and it is located close to Brig station so can be noisy earlier in the morning"

"Easy walk from the mainline station. Comfortable room with good sized bathroom. As the weather was quite hot and the room warm owing to a lack of air con, it wasn’t that easy to sleep.
