Lovely Hotel with very friendly staff and near to the centre of the village. Also nice, they have got English TV channels and not just the news channels like many hotels. Breakfast had a nice selection. All in all would recommend.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The actual hotel is beautiful with excellent facilities, but the staff are unbelievable and made our stay. I hardly ever do reviews but I have to recommend this hotel. Saas Fee is a beautiful ski village and loved everything about it.

Usually at five-star properties, especially in desirable locations, the cost scales up much faster than what you get. The Capra is an exceptional property: wonderful location, facilities, and service at a very fair price. All the staff are friendly and welcoming; the breakfast is a la carte, but substantial and served quickly; and the common spaces are a great place to be stuck indoors when it rains. The goodie bag at departure is a small touch, but really drives home the property’s commitment to guest experience.

A genuine five star boutique hotel & experience

Felt luxurious and special in every way; the family especially enjoyed the pool/s, spa and games room. We ate at both Brasserie 1809 and Spielboden by The Capra; from the stupendous breakfasts available and wide choice of delicious cuisine it was an undoubted highlight!
