Acrescentaria uma opcao de travesseiro , pois no quarto tinha 4 porem todos muito altos , eu deixaria 2 baixos e 2 altos para hospedes escolherem ."

"Minha experiência foi bastante negativa. Logo na chegada, senti falta de informações básicas por parte do recepcionista. Não houve qualquer explicação clara sobre a garagem: qual elevador utilizar, como acessar corretamente ou mesmo a organização do local. Em razão disso, acabei indo parar em outro prédio, errando o caminho diversas vezes, tendo que entrar e sair da garagem repetidamente, o que foi extremamente desgastante e constrangedor. "The staff was very nice and they were courteous. But there was no elevator in this hotel. The breakfast was good. They had construction going on on the first floor. I had to walk up three flights of stairs with my heavy luggage because they had no elevator. And they had no cable access only local channels no access to YouTube Netflix or prime video. My overall rating for Lago Palmas’s a four out of 10."
